Cosmopolitan Redi hummus




 

Serves: 4

 


Ingredients

  • 100 g Redi broccoli
  • 200 g canned chickpeas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of paprika

Method

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil
  2. Cut the Redi into florets
  3. Once the water is boiling, add the Redi and cook for 8 minutes
  4. Drain the Redi well and put in the food processor bowl
  5. Add the chickpeas, garlic, oil, tahini, salt and cumin
  6. Mix well
  7. Put the hummus in a bowl
  8. Sprinkle paprika and sesame seeds on top

Tips & tricks

If the hummus seems too thick, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water and mix again.
