with shrimps

Ingredients
800g Redi Broccoli
400g spaghetti
200g shrimps
150g sun-dried tomatoes
3 tbsp sambal oelek
160g Parmesan cheese flakes
2 cloves of garlic
Bunch of chives
½ red pepper
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Olive oil
Method
Cook the pasta as described on the package
Marinate the shrimps in the garlic, red pepper, chives, pepper & salt
Stir-fry the Redi in some olive oil for 5 minutes, add the shrimps and stir-fry for another 3 minutes
Briefly heat the sun-dried tomatoes together with Redi and shrimps
Mix the sambal oelek through the stir-fried mixture
Mix the pasta and the stir-fried mixture and finish with some Parmesan flakes
Tips & tricks
Not a fan of spicy food? Try red pesto instead of the sambal oelek.
