Redi pancake

with bacon & cheese


 



 

Serves: 4

 


Ingredients

  • 250g Redi broccoli
  • 150g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 200g grated cheese
  • 200g bacon
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Mix half of the milk with the egg and the flour until a even mixture is created
  2. Add the rest of the milk and mix again
  3. Add the grated cheese and stir well with a whisk
  4. Fry the bacon until crispy
  5. Grill the Redi for about 7 minutes in a pan
  6. Bake pancakes from the pancake-cheese mix and decorate them with the bacon and Redi

Tips & tricks

For even more bite, grill the Redi shorter!
