Redi sandwich

with avocado spread & mozzarella


 


 

Serves: 2

 


Ingredients

  • 150g Redi broccoli
  • 1 bagiette
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200g mozzarella

 

Method

  1. Cut the baguette into pieces and then in half horizontally
  2. Smash the avocado & crush the garlic
  3. Mix the lemon juice with some pepper and salt though the avocado and garlic until an even spread is created
  4. Grill the Redi for 8 minutes
  5. Spread the spread on the baguette
  6. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on top of the spread
  7. Place the Redi over the mozzarella and finish with a pinch of pepper
